EVENT DECOR POLICY

Your photo(s) should have perfect lighting and should not be dark. The better the lighting of your image the better quality your image will print. Speaking of quality, the quality of your image should be clear. Please do not send photos with filters, unless you are ok with the strong possibility that certain attributes of your filtered image may not be able to be removed. filtered images also tend to be too dark to print and may not take well to our brightening process.

All other questions and concerns can be answered during our continued communication throughout the process of us creating your design.

BALLOON DECOR POLICY

We understand that sometimes our vision may not be the same as yours and you may need to make changes and alterations to your design. In the rare case that you request for any changes, we will allow you to make a total of 2 changes to your design. Should you need to make any additional changes there will be an extra charge of $5 for each additional change/alteration.

EVENT RENTAL POLICY

Please be aware that when we print your design the colors may slightly differ from what you see on your phone, tablet or computer screen. All device screens have a light behind its monitor which allows for some colors to appear brighter and more vibrant than what will be printed.

Printers don't print colors the way they look on a monitor. The picture may look great on the monitor but doesn't print true to the screen. These colors will never be a perfect match because the image on the screen and the image from the printer use two different color sources. The screen pixels are emitted light and a printer can't print light. It uses dyes and pigments to replicate the colors.

EVENT PLANNING POLICY

WEDDING POLICY

We do not accept cancellations any orders after 24 hours has passed. We understand that life happens and you may need to make changes to your date, theme or even your choice items. These changes are ONLY permitted if your order has not began production. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your event, we will make a credit available on your account that you can use in the future. If we have already began production and printed your order, you will need to place a new order to make any changes.

If, for any reason, we we have ran out of a requested favor and we are unsuccessful in obtaining it, we will contact you to choose another option.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Your signed contract along with a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to place an order and secure a delivery and set up date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the delivery and set up date. Any changes to the order are subject to availability, and must be made in writing no later than two weeks prior to delivery and set up and may incur additional charges.

Payment can be made via invoice, sent to your email from our website, cash, or credit card. Credit card payment taken over the phone or in person are subject to a 4% processing fee. Other payment options may be available to you upon request.

For cancellations within two weeks prior to the event, the entire amount of contract is still owed and must be paid to JAZMINE BRIANNA EVENTS, LLC.
