J. Brianna Creations offers Event Planning Services to help you create an experience you'll never forget. Our goal is to create a personalized event tailored to each client's unique style and distinguished taste, while ensuring all logistics, design, budgeting, and personal details are all simultaneously handled with the upmost care.

As your Event Planner, we will provide you with a luxury event with your vision being the forefront of our focus to move the project forward. It is our priority to provide every client a solid understanding of their vision for each event in your specific budget, while executing superior customer service through each phase of the planning process.

PLEASE NOTE:
Your signed contract along with a non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to book our Event Planning Service Packages and secure a delivery and set up date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the delivery and set up date. Any changes to your booking are subject to availability, and must be made in writing no later than two weeks prior to delivery and set up and may incur additional charges.

DAY OF COORDINATOR

STARTING PRICE: $1800

This service is for those who has already fully planned their event and are simply looking for someone to help make for a stress-free day. J. Brianna Creations will be there to take care of all your "Day Of" event needs.

5 hour day of coordination (additional hours subject to additional fee)
Create an itinerary for the day of event & share with vendors
Coordinate & assist with event setup & cleanup
Act as point of contact for all vendors
Manage fee disbursements to vendor including final payments and gratuities
Travel fees not included for day of event (fees will be added to invoice total)

This service is perfect for those who has began their planning process and has a clear idea of what they want but still requires a bit of extra help to execute the plan. Not to worry, J. Brianna Creations will be there to complete the necessary tasks of your planning process.

Assist with creating your custom design tailored to your vision and requests
Create and manage your personalized budget
Manage your vendor contacts & contracts
Confirm event details with vendors one week prior to event
Schedule all necessary appointments and meeting
Unlimited support and consulting
Consistent communication via phone, email, in person meeting and video chat
Create a personalized list of professional vendor recommendations based on your specific needs
Collect all necessary licenses and insurance certifications
Travel fees not included for day of event (fees will be added to invoice total)

Brianna Creations to act as your personal assistant, giving you a complete peace of mind while we take on the day to day responsibility of planning your perfect event.
