Will my design be custom to my theme?
Yes, each order will is unique and your design will be also. We try our best to create a different design for each individual. You may also choose to use a design that we have already created. The design is yours and we will do our very best to make your vision into a reality!

I want a photo on my design, Where do I upload it?
All photos can be sent to us using the link below. In order to ensure your photos are attached to the correct order, it is required that you include your order number in the "Title" section and your event or order details in the "Message"  section.

Are the treats sealed in the wrapper?
Yes, for sanitary reasons we leave all treats in their original packaging and wrap your custom labels over the treats. 

How do I open the wrappers?
Simply tear open your wrappers from the top or bottom corner.

How do I assemble the labels?
Once your items have been shipped, we will send you a detailed video via email with step by step instructions for you to successfully assemble your party favors.

What is a digital order?
Digital orders are send via email only! We will send you a printable pdf copy of your design along with a detailed video instructing you on how to print and assemble your labels. We will also send you a pdf list of things you will need to properly assemble your labels with links to where you can purchase your supplies. 

When should I place my order?
All orders are required to be placed at least 3 weeks prior to your event.

Can I place a custom order?
Yes, click here to fill out our custom order form and we will contact you to discuss further details. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, orders place 7-14 days prior to an event are considered rush orders and will require an addition fee to be accepted.

When should I expect my package?
All orders are shipped within 2 week or your event date. You can expect your package 3-7 business days after you have received your tracking email. Please remember we ARE NOT responsible for your package once we have turned it over to the shipping provider. If you do not receive your package within 7 business day, please contact the shipping service for any questions regarding your package. You may also send us an email and we will contact them on your behalf. If for any reason your package is never recovered, we will conduct a thorough investigation and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

What's included with my templates and mockups?
Templates include a Photoshop or Canva layout for you to add your own personal designs. Mockups include a Photoshop design to display your design for the specific treat/favor.
