Copyrights Policy

Please understand, when making a purchase from Jazmine Brianna Events, LLC you are paying for creative services. Your payment is for my creativity, designs and skill, personalization of a product, and for my time and assembly of your custom items. The products which you receive from this business are only permitted for personal use. You, the purchaser, may NOT alter, copy, share, recreate, edit, or resell any of our products or designs under any circumstances unless otherwise disclosed. 

These are not licensed product. All copyrights and trademarks of any character images used in our designs are the property of their respective owners and are NOT BEING SOLD under any circumstances! Jazmine Brianna Events, LLC DOES NOT claim ownership of any character images or graphics used in any of our designs. 

 

Booking Policy

All Orders are required to be booked at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance. Rush Orders are available at an additional fee (see Book Me ASAP for further details). You are required to submit all details for your event at the time of booking.

Upon receiving your order, I will create a proof which will require your approval. Your proof will be delivered to you as a PDF document or PNG image via email (so please use a valid email address). You are required to thoroughly check your proof for spelling errors and all necessary corrections. Proofs must be approved within 48 hours in order to prevent delays with your order.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not offer refunds on any of our products unless there was an error on our account. Jazmine Brianna Events, LLC is not responsible for any misspelled names or any typo errors on your products as it is the responsibility of the customer to double check your proofs and make the necessary changes. Customers who make partial payments on there orders will not receive a refund if the order is canceled for non payment by the invoice due date. 

We do not accept cancellations on any orders after 24 hours has. It is the your responsibility to ensure you are 100% sure you want to place an order with J. Brianna Creations prior to completing your order process. After 24 hours you forfeit your payment and will not receive any refunds for your order.

Additional Payment Methods

Additional payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle payments. When sending your payment, be sure to include your email on the "For" or "Add Note" line.

Book Me ASAP

Any order booked between 7 and 14 days are considered rush orders and require a fee of $50 in addition to full price of your order. Deposits are not accepted for these orders. You must pay in full prior to production. Your proofs require approval and or corrections within 12 hours of receiving your email.

Add A Photo To Your Design

All photos can be sent to us using the link below. In order to ensure your photos are attached to the correct order, it is required that you include your order number in the "Title" section and your event or order details in the "Message"  section.
