J. Brianna Creations offers our clients an upscale Wedding panning and Design Service. Our goal is to create a breathtaking bespoke design for your big day! Your wedding day is the most impactful day of your life and we want to provide you with an experience you and your guests will be talking about for years to come. We want to take you and your guests inside your mind and allow you all to see how dreams really do come true. If you can vision it we can create it! Let us plan, coordinate and execute the day you have always dreamed of while giving you the time to relax and get pampered. This day is all about YOU, so take a step back and let us handle all your wedding need.

PLEASE NOTE:
Your signed contract along with a non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to book our Wedding Planning Service Packages and secure a delivery and set up date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the delivery and set up date. Any changes to your booking are subject to availability, and must be made in writing no later than two weeks prior to delivery and set up and may incur additional charges.

MONTH OF EVENT MANAGEMENT
STARTING PRICE: $2500
This service is for couples who has already thought of every detail and made every big decision and simply looking for a little additional help. We will handle all the hard work on the day of your wedding from set up, being your point of contact for all vendors, time management and dealing with any unforeseen mishaps that may occur. Let us act as your personal assistant for the duration of your event from beginning to end while you relax knowing all of your concerns are being properly managed!

  • Complimentary initial consultation
  • 8 hour day of wedding coordination (additional hours subject to additional fee)
  • 2 hour wedding rehearsal orchestration
  • Build rapport with all vendors and others involved with wedding plans 
  • Detailed itinerary for the day of wedding 
  • Distribute & discuss wedding day itinerary with vendors & wedding party 
  • Coordinate & assist with ceremony & reception setup & cleanup
  • Act as point of contact for bride & groom, vendors, & wedding party
  • Manage fee disbursements to vendors including final payments and gratuities
  • Cue services for ceremony & reception from start to finish 
  • Review & go over guest seating chart with ushers
  • Manage photography shot list for photographer 
  • Travel fees not included for day of event (fees will be added to invoice total)

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
STARTING PRICE: $3500
This service is perfect for couples who has an idea of what they want but need a little extra help putting it all together. You can expect to receive assistance with layering your vision into a perspective in which you can bring to life. We will create the perfect plan tailored to your needs and expectations while bringing it into fruition.

  • Manage your vendor contacts & review contracts
  • Schedule all necessary appointments and meeting 
  • Manage guest list 
  • Confirm event details with vendors one week prior to event
  • Create a personalized list of professional vendor recommendations based on your specific needs
  • Collect all necessary licenses and insurance certifications
  • Travel fees not included for day of event (fees will be added to invoice total)

FULL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING
STARTING PRICE: $5500
This service is perfect for couples needing someone to completely create and design their entire wedding from beginning to end. As your full service wedding planner, we will take control of all the hands on planning and coordination. We will work with you to create your dream wedding and allow you the luxury of relaxation while we handle all aspects of your wedding. Your only responsibility will be to show up and enjoy the night!

  • Includes all details of the Month of Event Management & Partial Event Planning Packages
  • Up to 3 in person meetings with the client over a 12 month period
  • 10 hours of event management services
  • Collaborate with client to create full wedding design, theme selection, and color pallet
  • Design personalized monthly planning timeline and checklists to better help client successfully execute the perfect day
  • Full comprehensive details of wedding plans shared with client
  • Develop & prioritize a personalized wedding budget
  • Design your ideal website completely from scratch with a custom domain.
  • Assist with selection of clients wedding stationary
  • Assist with finding the perfect venue for your wedding
  • Regular monthly check-ins with all vendors
  • Attend up to 3 in person meetings with potential venues
  • Assist with booking and negotiating with vendors and venue owners
  • Wedding day emergency kit
  • Act as point of contact to bride & groom, vendors, wedding party & guests

Please be aware that package fees are starting rates and may change depending on event size and type. The event planner will go further into detail about pricing prior to booking and contract signing.
